Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Some health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned beyond the duration indicated in this policy
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Please submit a request for return or exchange via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, including the order number and a description of why you are submitting the request. Be sure to double check the email and phone number you provide so that we can notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If the request is approved, we will supply you with instructions on how to return the item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. All shipping and handling for returns must be paid for by the customer.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival and within 30 days of receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please indicate so in your original request. If you need to exchange an item, the original item must be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your exchanged item is on its way back to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
